130 in-person hours for those who want to start teaching with a method of their own — current and grounded in movement science — and for those looking to refine what they already do.
Who is this training for?
Looking to deepen their practice and add tools grounded in tensegrity, fascia and myofascial chains.
Wanting to complement their practice with apparatus work and the neuromuscular approach of the method.
Wanting to add Pilates to their teaching toolkit with a complete system and a methodology of its own.
Wanting to apply the method in clinical practice. Includes a dedicated workshop on pathologies and pregnancy.
Pilates Tenségrico was born in dialogue with the world of dance. The training gives concrete tools to bring the method into artistic and teaching work.
What you learn
We are committed to conscious, healthy training. The programme is built on a deep understanding of Pilates Tenségrico — our own methodology, which works with the body as a structure of continuous tension.
Every class is designed around sequencing and progression: from the simplest to the most complex, with close attention to each student's body so that no injuries are created.
The body as a structure of continuous tension. Fascia, myofascial chains and connective tissue, integrated.
Barrel breathing, neuromotor patterns and deep activation as the foundation of all movement.
Each class has a clear focus, and exercises are chained to prepare the body towards one goal.
From simple to complex. With each student, in each class, building a functional body.
