At Toulouse every class follows one clear principle: your process has its own place. Two training methods, one commitment to your body and your moment.

Pilates Tenségrico
How the class works
In Pilates Tenségrico classes, the group is small — but what truly sets us apart is not the number, it's the attention. Each person works their own process according to their goals and their moment. Someone training at an advanced level can be in the same class as someone in their first trimester of pregnancy. The instructor accompanies everyone, simultaneously.
Pilates Tenségrico · What can I achieve?
For those who want to train in a challenging way and develop the full versatility their body can offer. Complex exercises, advanced level, real demands.
The body changes and movement accompanies that process. Work adapted to each trimester, with special attention to breathing, posture and overall wellbeing.
Pilates as a tool to decompress, restore mobility and relieve symptoms. Stop feeling pain, recover range of motion and move freely again.
For those who want to move better, feel stronger in daily life and improve overall wellbeing. Ideal for older adults or anyone looking for quality of life.
Another way to train at Toulouse
A modality that merges the precision and control of Pilates Tenségrico with the energy of functional training. Ideal if you want a guided practice that adds a cardiorespiratory, full-body and higher-intensity component.
We move in defined time blocks, with minimal rest to keep the heart rate active. You rotate through Reformer, Wall Unit, TRX, Mat and unstable surfaces.
Each station has a specific goal — strength, stability, agility or coordination. You train the entire body in a single session.
Beyond endurance, you develop coordination, motor memory and proprioception. A varied, motivating and dynamic class.
The process
In your first class, the instructor gets to know your body, your goals and your movement history. Together you define which method and which focus makes most sense for you.
In Pilates Tenségrico, each class has a focus built around your process. In Dynamic Training, you rotate through stations each session. Different rhythms, same commitment to your body.
The process evolves with you. As you grow, the challenges grow — in either method. The instructor tracks and adjusts continuously.
